Rosevine Capital Equity Limited (“Rosevine Capital”) is the Sponsor to the EF Rosevine Capital Global Equity Fund (the “Fund”) and Rosevine Capital’s principal has been appointed by WAY Fund Managers Limited (the Fund’s authorised corporate director (or “ACD”) and Investment Manager) to act as Investment Adviser to the Fund. The ACD is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
